Shipping & Orders

Processing, manufacturing, and shipping require 10 to 15 business days at most. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

 

You can track your order by clicking on the Tracking link at the bottom of the page.

Shipping is free on all orders above the minimum purchase amount (excluding overseas territories).

 

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on stock availability and warehouse locations. Don’t worry—your package will arrive shortly.

 

If your order hasn’t arrived yet, check the tracking status using the tracking number sent via email.

If no information is available or your order is delayed, please contact our customer service via the Contact page, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & Returns

Yes, you can modify your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Contact our customer service as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Yes, you can cancel your order! However, if your order is already being processed, a 40% cancellation fee will apply.

For any requests, feel free to contact us via email, and our team will do everything possible to assist you.

All items undergo strict quality checks before shipping. However, if your product has a manufacturing defect, please send us a photo and/or video of the defective item (in its original packaging if possible) along with your order number.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition.
